How much can I really earn sealcoating asphalt?

Here is the bottom line.

When we advise our clients and get them off on the right foot, they start making money on day 1.

People who invest into our Business in a Box Turnkey Package really have the best opportunity to fast track their success because that package includes everything that someone needs to have a successful Asphalt Sealcoating Business.

In order to be successful in the sealcoating business you need to be prepared to knock on a lot of doors and follow our guidance and support at AsphaltKingdom to a Tee. Our in house experts will make sure that you are starting out on the right foot and have the best opportunities to put the most amount of money in your pocket while providing a service that helps increase peoples property value as well as maintaining their asphalt investment.

The margins are quite amazing...... We call asphalt sealer "Liquid Gold"!

Find out how much you can earn as a sealcoaterA pallet that includes four 55 gallon drums is enough to do twenty five (plus) 600 square foot driveways (2 cars long by 2 cars wide). The cost of the four 55 gallon drums delivered to your door is $1,200 US dollars including shipping.

You would charge a client $125 to $150 to Clean & Sealcoat a 600 square foot driveway.

So, if we take the $1200 cost of the pallet of asphalt sealer and divide that by 25 (number of driveways that can be done with the four 55 gallon drums), we get an average cost of $48 per driveway.

This ultimately means that if you're charging $125 for a four car driveway you would take the $125 (cost of driveway) minus the $48 (your cost of product to do the driveway) which translates into $77 in profit per driveway.

Ok, so now we take the $77 in profit per driveway and multiply that by 25 driveways that we can do with that pallet of four 55 gallon drums that cost you $1200. So, $77 (profit per driveway X 25 driveways = $1926 in PURE PROFIT.

So, this means that if you do 25 driveways per week (4 driveways per day) you will make over $1,900 in pure profit on a weekly basis.

This means that you could pay off the the Business Package that we offer in a couple of months while still making $1,000 plus dollars in cash per week.

We have clients doing this right now as you can see at http://www.asphaltkingdom.com/sealcoating-testimonials.html. Some clients are earning upwards of $600 per day.

We are experts in this area. I have been on the road, done that and now teach people how to do it for themselves.

Please take into consideration that the above numbers are on a very conservative basis and the sky really is the limit in the sealcoating business.

All you need is a pickup truck or trailer, under $6000 dollars and you can easily earn a couple thousand per week if you follow our support and guidance.

All the best and feel free to get in contact with us toll free at 1-866-399-5562 or by going to http://www.asphaltkingdom.com/contact-us.html regarding this opportunity. We will be happy to help anyway that we can.

$.20/sq.ft No Problem
by: Anonymous

It has been my experience that $.20 a sq.ft. isn't hard to get when you hot tar the cracks and use quality sealer. If people can see that you have top of the line materials and do a top notch job, they are more than happy to pay more money than they have in the past. Even the sceptics have given us leads for other possible jobs after they have seen our finished product. After all everyone knows that sometimes you REALLY DO get what you pay for. I can get a barely sufficient job with generic sealer and a splattered black garage door and sidewalk for $.08 a square foot, but will I be happy with that? Would you?

Thanks for a wonderful page on how much I can earn as a contractor.

This gives me a great idea of the earning potential and what is possible.

I will be investing into your business package. I just need to speak with my parents about borrowing some money to get this venture rolling.

Thanks again and I look forward to working with you guys.

This price of $125 to pressure wash and sealcoat a 600sq ft driveway sounds way too cheap to me. We would charge this for pressure washing alone.

Hello,

When you're on the road selling/giving free estimates you should really think about selling your complete service over just the sealcoating part of the job.

The facts are that spraying or applying the sealcoat is only a small part of the asphalt maintenance service that you're providing.

In order to properly maintain asphalt you must clean the surface, trim the edges of the grass to expose the whole asphalt surface, fill cracks and seal up where the asphalt meets the concrete foundation of the home or building, sealcoat the surface evenly, clean up the street infront of your job, put up an attention ribbon when you're done to block off your job site.

The bottom line is that you can certainly get $125 for doing all of the above IF you sell it as a complete asphalt maintenance service over selling just a quick straight seal.

My 2 cents :-)

earning a profit
by: larry walker

First of all I want to say that there is money to be made with "liquid gold" and Judd makes all valid points and it makes sense.
I do have one question however: If you are basing the dollar amount on a 600 sq foot driveway and asking your clients to pay 125-150 dollars. That means you are charging the minimum of .20 cents a square foot. The price per sqaure foot has ranged from .08 to .20 or higher in most of my research. I think the goal of asphalt sealers is to get the customers to come back 2-3 years later.

What is a fair price?
Should we take the current economic situation into play?

Just my two cents
