I
have been sealcoating for about 8 years by hand and it was time to get a spray unit.
I
bought a new AK2400
Duromax Sealcoating Spray System from Asphaltkingdom.com and am
happy to say that it is everything it is said to be.
I
searched the Internet and equipment stores and was ready to buy a 300
gallon trailer system that was anywhere from 7,500 to 20,000. This
included a machine and a trailer and that was it. Don’t get me wrong
the machines were nice looking but you don’t have to spend that kind
of money to have a nice spray unit.
The
Asphalt Kingdom sealcoating system works awesome and this system
is all you need to start your own sealcoating business for either
residential or property management commercial purposes.
I
will admit, I was nervous buying this system because of the price
difference and buying something that I could only see on the computer
but I called the toll free number and spoke directly with Judd
Burdon, the founder of,Asphaltkingdom.com and he had all the answers I
was looking for about the sealcoating business and what products to use
I
thought it over and went ahead and took a shot and purchased the AK2400
Spray System. I also purchased a 10
gallon melter applicator, 10
boxes of hot pour crack filler, four 55
gallon drums of sealcoat, line
striper, and a case of yellow striping paint.
I
got to tell you I did not sleep until my products arrived at
my front door and I have to tell you everything showed up on time and
everything was there. I called AsphaltKingdom and told them how
nervous I had been about making a purchase over the phone and the
internet and to thank them, because what they said they
delivered.
When I sealcoated my first driveway with the AK2400 system I charged $675.00 and it took me an hour and a half. You can make great money with this machine.
I recommend AsphaltKingdom.com to anyone who wants to start a sealcoating business, residential or commercial. The AK2400 is a perfect choice. The machine is so easy to use. Filling is a breeze with the loading hose that comes with it. Just stick the PVC end into the drum turn a valve and within minutes you’re ready to make money.
All you have to do on the job site is agitate the sealcoat for ten minutes and you’re ready to spray. This unit comes with all the different tips you need for a nice smooth finish. The crack melter works awesome and the line stripper as well. The 55 gallon drums of sealcoat AsphaltKingdom sells works and looks excellent. Sealcoating System.
 When
I first talked to Judd at Asphalt Kingdom he told me he would help me out
with any problems I might have during my sealing business start-up. He was
very assuring that all would work out great so I ordered his premium
asphalt sealcoating equipment system which arrived way ahead of schedule
and really is a great system. Unfortunately a rather large problem
occurred, a tote of sealant was ordered from a company and they mixed up
my order and delivered me the wrong sealant which ended up destroying my
pump. Most people have probably come across the type of salesmen who are
great before the sale, but are non-existent once the sale is over. Judd is
quite the opposite. He is patient, informative, extremely helpful, and
honest to the end. If he says he's going to help you fix a problem then
that is exactly what he does.
I've probably talked with Judd 20 times after the sale to have questions
answered. After figuring out what the problem was, and how it was caused,
Judd worked with the sealant company to get me a full refund as well as
have the bad sealant returned. He also got me a new pump installed at his
expense. Judd gave me his word that he would stand by his system and his
advice to get the business going, and that's exactly what he did.
Sometimes things go wrong, especially in a new business start up, and I
was so fortunate that I was dealing with Judd as he did everything he
could to get my business up and running and making money as fast as
possible. Thanks Judd, you guys at Asphalt Kingdom are more than just
suppliers, you are like business consultants that stuck with me through a
very tough time.

using push brooms and squeegees for family and friends, I quickly realized

My experience in dealing with
Judd Burdon – who does business as Asphalt Kingdom – has been quite
positive. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Burdon’s company to
others interested in asphalt repair and maintenance. The service is
excellent. Mr. Burdon delivers what he promises. He is very good about
providing expert advice. That is why I offered to write this unsolicited
recommendation.
My Central Texas ranch has
about a half mile of asphalt paving badly in need of repairs. I purchased
a 10
gallon kettle-applicator for asphalt crackfilling and found it to be a
well designed and rugged unit – definitely worth the money. It melts the
rubberized
crack sealant and applies it smoothly. After consulting Mr. Burdon, I
found that filling larger cracks with all purpose sand before topping it
with hot rubberized crackfiller is economical and efficient. The
kettle-applicator is easy to use, though a beginner should expect to spend
an hour or so learning how to use it efficiently.
For my needs, Mr. Burdon
recommended the AK2200
sealcoating spray system. This is an economical unit designed to apply
an even coat of asphalt
emulsion sealer that I also bought from AsphaltKingdom.com. He
provided detailed setup instructions with pictures. This is a relatively
simple unit for a beginner to set up and operate, and it can be stored in
a small space when not in use.
I recommend Asphalt Kingdom to
others who are interested in maintaining their own asphalt roads or those
interested in setting up a small asphalt maintenance business. Mr. Burdon
does what he promises.
