The RY10 PRO Crack Seal Melter & Applicator Machine is one of our best-selling crack filling machines thanks to its reliable performance, easy operation, and precise crack filler application. This machine features a halo base burner that melts crack filler quicker and saves more fuel than other models.
Loading and melting a cube of crack fill in this machine is a breeze. Place the crack filler cube into the melter, turn it on, and you're ready to fill asphalt cracks and make money in a few minutes. This propane-powered melter can hold up to 12.5 gallons of melted crack filler, allowing you to apply up to 200 feet or more with one kettle full of crack filler.
The RY10 PRO is designed to make crack filling as easy as pushing a lawn mower across a yard. The unit has a solid all-steel construction and is equipped with four wheels for improved maneuverability. Mixing the melted crack filler while you're pushing it is easier with its on-the-fly agitation.
The crack filling machine's handlebar height can be adjusted from 35 in. to 42 in. so the operator doesn't need to stoop while working. Equipped with a glycerin-filled thermometer for easier temperature tracking and a flame-out sensor to keep you and your crew safe during operation.

- Really Nice MachineThe thermometer has a nice easy, clear display for you to see so you can monitor the temperature of the material as you're going. We got the optional torch which is nice so you can take off old crackfill or burn off any grass that's coming through cracks.
One of my favorite features of this machine is the ignitor - once the propane is on, just press and hold the ignitor button and that's it - simple, easy to use, and one less thing to worry about when you are on the job site. - Excellent MachineThis machine is an absolute work horse. We have used other push melters in the industries, and none hold a candle to the RY10-Pro. Can't recommend it enough.

- Would like to see 1 small tweekWould have given it a 5 out of 5 stars but have 1 small, minor problem. The battery operated igniter. When melting rubber off from the exit shoot that had dried from the 1st use, I did not even think about the igniter being right around the corner in the front of the machine. It would not be a problem but it is made of rubber. When standing from the back you can not see the igniter. It was an out of sight out of mind kind of thing. - For the most part, the machine meets our needs.My staff struggled with the igniter switch. The contacts were not getting the job done. Once adjustments were made, the problem was solved. Staff also had trouble with the machine regarding maintaining a temperature suitable for melting the patch materials. After much trial and error, staff discovered that the wind was extinguishing the flame.

Allen - Best filler on the marketIv had the ry10pro for a year now and it's been a great unit. Was going to order the elite yesterday but relized it was not being released till August. That was a real bummer maybe next year. Only problem I have with the crack filler is that I have to heat the spout constantly. And that problem is solved with the elite.

- Boom ????Ordered this machine on a Friday and it was on my step Monday morning. For you guys new in the industry and you guys who’ve been around for a while. This machine was designed with us in mind. Easy to assemble, enclosed burner, flame out sensor and burner settings. Just take your time with assembly, follow the instructions for assembly and all will go well. My assembly time was around 3 hours or so but I'm good but I'm slow. This is an impressive product and as I see it, an impressive company. The safety features alone are impressive. I have no doubt that the machine will preform at a high level. I am in Ohio. I will be using if for the first time after it warms a little more here. The machine was delivered by truck in two days and no lift truck was requested by me. It came in two boxes and all was packaged well and protected. The boxes were placed outside my garage door. This is a winner in my opinion! Take your time, follow the instructions and assembly will go well and you will be proud of that you have achieved.
- A must have for efficiency for your crew!The RY-PRO is absolutely a must have for efficiently sealing cracks on any parking lot or driveway. The speed that the materials heats at will blow your mind. 4 days ago we had a smaller cracksealing job and we finished it in 32 minutes from the time we pulled the RY-10 Pro off the truck til the time we were ready to load it back up. The speed difference and efficiency frlm the old torch models isn’t even comparable.
- melting timeTheRY10 is easy to use. I had to weld on a chain bracket that broke off of the tank tray. The crack sealer takes to long to melt. It's been taking 45 to 60 minutes per block. A lot of down time. I spent 2 hours using just two blocks of sealer. Good stuff once it's down.

We have conducted 100's of hours of testing and are confident in our results. A suggested melt time of 45-60 minutes is inaccurate. A few things you can check:
1) Are you running the unit on full?
2) Do you have a partially empty cylinder or a faulty cylinder valve (or a combination of all of the above)?
Typical 25lb blocks are 'fully' liquid within 15-20 minutes depending on ambient temperature and our units complete a 8 gallon boil test in 19 minutes @ 20c ambient temperature vs 31 mins for a gingway/marshalltown torch version in the same conditions.
Our 30 gallon pros complete the same test with 25 gallons in 41 minutes vs 75 minutes for a torch model.
