Included in this package is the RY10 PRO melter, a 2-in-1 crack fill melter and applicator with easy-to-use controls, as well as safety features, improved melting capabilities, a stabilized and protected temperature gauge, and increased efficiency so you can save on propane. With the included half pallet of crackfill, you can fill in 7,200 linear feet of cracks.
At $1.00 per linear ft of crack filling, this is about $7,200.00 Market Rate. Prices vary in different parts of the country. Ordering more quantities of supplies decreases costs and saves you money.
This is a good amount of our pro-grade rubberized crack filler for any start-up asphalt entrepreneur, property manager, or maintenance person looking to get into asphalt crack repair. The half pallet has 36 boxes of 30-lb crackfill, which has a shelf life of 5 years. The crackfill stays solid until you melt it in a crackfill melter or kettle. To do this, start up your RY10 with the electric start igniter. Heat the kettle to 350°F and place the cube of crackfill (with the plastic wrapping still on) into your RY10 Pro kettle. In about 10 minutes (which you can spend cleaning out and preparing your cracks for repair), your crackfill should be melted and can be applied onto the asphalt cracks.

- Really Nice MachineThe thermometer has a nice easy, clear display for you to see so you can monitor the temperature of the material as you're going. We got the optional torch which is nice so you can take off old crackfill or burn off any grass that's coming through cracks.
One of my favorite features of this machine is the ignitor - once the propane is on, just press and hold the ignitor button and that's it - simple, easy to use, and one less thing to worry about when you are on the job site. - Excellent MachineThis machine is an absolute work horse. We have used other push melters in the industries, and none hold a candle to the RY10-Pro. Can't recommend it enough.

When melting rubber off from the exit shoot that had dried from the 1st use, I did not even think about the igniter being right around the corner in the front of the machine. It would not be a problem but it is made of rubber. When standing from the back you can not see the igniter. It was an out of sight out of mind kind of thing. Allen - Best filler on the marketIv had the ry10pro for a year now and it's been a great unit. Was going to order the elite yesterday but relized it was not being released till August. That was a real bummer maybe next year. Only problem I have with the crack filler is that I have to heat the spout constantly. And that problem is solved with the elite.

Just take your time with assembly, follow the instructions for assembly and all will go well. My assembly time was around 3 hours or so but I'm good but I'm slow. This is an impressive product and as I see it, an impressive company. The safety features alone are impressive. I have no doubt that the machine will preform at a high level. I am in Ohio. I will be using if for the first time after it warms a little more here. The machine was delivered by truck in two days and no lift truck was requested by me. It came in two boxes and all was packaged well and protected. The boxes were placed outside my garage door. This is a winner in my opinion! Take your time, follow the instructions and assembly will go well and you will be proud of that you have achieved.

- The RY10PRO is a great crack fill machineI got the RT10 PRO and went to work. After using up around 30lbs of crack fill material the kettle got a small leak causing hot crack to leak from the bottom of the machine. After inspecting when it cooled off and all material had been removed we found a few small weld joints in the bottom of the kettle had not been welded correctly and cracked allowing the leaks. All it took was one phone call to the the customer service agent at Asphalt Kingdom and they immediately started to fix the problem. Read moreI got a phone call within an hour from the agent(Andrew) at RynoWorks the company the built the machine. After sending him a few photos I was given two options one being have it fixed at a machine shop and RynoWorks would pay the bill or second he could send out a replacement kettle. I chose to have the replacement kettle sent and within just a couple days I had a new kettle to replace the defective one. You can't ask for better customer service than that a huge shout out of thanks to Asphalt Kingdom and RynoWorks! The RT10PRO is very easy to use and was worth the little extra money over the standard model. The PRO has the burner underneath the kettle instead of a cheap lance torch. With this it heats twice as fast and the mixer is located at the handle bar making it easier to mix.
