Asphalt Kingdom PoliciesAsphalt Kingdom Policies and Guidelines Our priority is to completely satisfy our customer and offer the highest level of customer service in the industry. We commit to you, that we will do our best to fill your need, regardless if you just have a question or you need sealing equipment and sealing products. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Shipping policy: Our primary freight carriers are Estes Express Lines, Dorhn and Old Dominion however we use several freight brokers to insure you receive the very best freight prices and ETA's we can get. Our prices may include shipping, we will advise you if they do, and if not we will give you a freight quote, we do not mark up the shipping cost, you will pay whatever it costs us. Shipping prices are quoted to your business, and assuming you have a dock and a way to unload the shipment. Please also note that transport companies charge us a dry shipping rate of $125 for making a pickup at one of our locations. If an order is canceled by a client (once we are paid) we will charge a 15% normal restocking fee plus $125 for the transport dry pickup. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Payment Policy: We require payment in full before your item is shipped. We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Cashiers check and wire transfer All prices are USD currency. Sales tax may be required unless you can provide a tax number for resale. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Warranty: All of our products are backed by a 180 warranty on parts and labor from the purchase date. We may decide to send you a replacement part, or have you return the item here for servicing. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Return Policy: We have a strict return policy. Once any equipment and or product is purchase and used there will be a strict no return policy. We will service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been purchase and used.
