As a Property Manager in Auburn, it is hard to find vendors that are willing to commute from Sacramento to our property. Sidewalk Safety came out and completed the asphalt resurfacing for our parking lot in 1 day, which is no small project. The customer service from the entire staff has been phenomenal. I have been in communication with Susan and Alex, who have gone above and beyond to ensure the work was completed exceeding our expectations. They worked with our office to make sure we stayed on schedule and even assisted with a detailed letter and map to provide to tenants in preparation of the parking lot closure for the day. On the day of the resurfacing, the team sent to complete the work were very respectful and accommodating to the tenant needs of access. They were quick, efficient, and the quality of their work shows they're experts. The parking lot looks great!

Sidewalk Safety is definitely a company I would refer to others that are in need of sidewalk repairs/replacements or asphalt work. I reached out to Sidewalk Safety after multiple attempts to find someone who would repair/reconstruct the gutter area at the end of my driveway where it meets the street. My initial contact was with Susan who was very friendly and receptive to my needs. She put me in touch with Alex, who was very professional and polite. He came out the next day to look at my project and give me an estimate. The quote was very reasonable. Alex knew I wanted to get it done ASAP, so they accommodated me with scheduling. I was always well informed. The job was completed on schedule. The crew was polite. They left the area clean. The end result was fantastic! I would recommend Alex and Sidewalk Safety, for any of your asphalt or concrete projects.

Alex was very thorough with his proposal and property inspection. Susan has always been extremely helpful with the administrative process and scheduling. I've worked with Sidewalk Safety for a few years and highly recommend.

We had a tree stump that needed to be removed for the job. When Sidewalk Safety arrived, they informed us that due to the root system, they may not be able to remove the stump. My husband and I watched them fight with that tree stump for 45 mins before they were able to get it out. Once it was out, the gentleman said, once Im determined to do something, I dont give up until its done. That is the type of professionalism that you are receiving when you hire Sidewalk Safety. I could have sat outside all day and watched them work, because combined you had over a 100 years of experience on their crew and they moved like that.
