We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items such as custom-built equipment, special orders, or opened containers (e.g., sealers, crackfill) cannot be returned.
• Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply to certain equipment returns, depending on the item and condition.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
