This system is mounted to a standard deck size trailer with storage space and tie downs for your equipment. The spring-assisted ramp makes it easy to roll your equipment off and onto the trailer! Plus, the 30 gallon water tank is useful for cleaning, cooling down the pavement, or diluting your materials.

How to Know If You Can Seal Over Oil Spots – The Key Test
Before firing up your AirBoss 300 Pro Sealcoat Sprayer, make sure the surface is ready—especially if you see oil spots. Sealer won’t bond to soft or oil-saturated asphalt, and skipping this step could lead to early failure or costly rework.
Run this simple Key Test to be sure:
Take a metal key or screwdriver and press it into the oil-stained spot on the asphalt.
- If the tool easily sinks in: The asphalt is compromised. Cut and patch this area before sealing.
- If the surface holds firm: Pressure wash the spot using hot water and a degreasing chemical. Once dry, apply Oxi-Bond Primer to lock down the surface for proper sealer adhesion.
Following this quick test protects your equipment investment and ensures your sealcoating job lasts longer—especially when spraying large areas like parking lots or roadways.
