Seal coat professionally with this Pro Spray sealcoating equipment system. It lets you spray directly from drums, totes, tanks, hand-agitated units, or other sealer containers, and it can also handle sealer mixed with sand. That gives you a flexible setup for different job sizes and operating styles, while helping deliver a longer-lasting finish with added traction on wet asphalt.

The 5.5 HP Pro Spray is powered by a GX160 Honda engine and delivers up to 20 gallons per minute through a 1-inch discharge air-operated dual diaphragm pump.
The 9 HP Pro Spray uses a GX275 Honda engine and delivers up to 50 gallons per minute through a 1 1/2-inch discharge pump for higher-output work.
Both configurations include a 75-foot spray hose and wand, plus a basket strainer to help reduce tip clogging.
The spray unit is mounted on a mobile frame with wheels, making it easier to move the sprayer between vehicles, drums, totes, and job locations. This gives contractors flexibility when working from existing sealer containers instead of committing to a fixed tank system.
Optional accessories are available depending on your setup. The Pro Spray Crackfiller Wand Kit fits both the 5.5 HP and 9 HP models and is ideal for applying cold pour crack fillers. The Pro Spray 9 HP Crack Cleaning Wand Kit fits the Pro Spray 9 HP and CrackPro 3500, and uses a compressed air jet for cleaning out cracks before filling.
