All-season KOHLER® PRO 10W-50 Synthetic Oil is the ideal oil for KOHLER engines. It is specifically
formulated to extend the oil change interval to 300 Hours. Alternative engine oils may be used with KOHLER engines but require
100-Hour oil change intervals for proper maintenance. Oil must be API (American Petroleum Institute) service
class SJ or higher.
Research Octane Number (RON) 90 octane minimum. Octane rating of 87 (R+M)/2 or higher. Gasoline up to 10% ethyl alcohol, 90% unleaded is acceptable. Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) and unleaded gasoline blend (max 15% MTBE by volume) are approved. NOTE: E15, E20 and E85 are NOT approved and should NOT be used; effects of old, stale, or contaminated fuel are not warrantable.
Turn the engine off during extended work stoppages of 10 minutes or more, such as breaks or lunches, and avoid recirculating for longer than 10 minutes at a time, since this not only wastes fuel but can also cause the sealant to become foamy, introducing excess air into the lines and leading to inconsistent spray intensity; foamy sealant may take an hour or more to return to a usable state, and if your unit is equipped with fuel control, be sure to set it to OFF while traveling.
Yes, the AirBoss 750 Platinum can spray sealer with sand in it, but proper mixing, agitation, and monitoring are essential for smooth operation. Please note that we cannot provide warranty coverage if sand is used, as it will accelerate wear and damage the seals.
Each system includes three extra spray tip sizes (80/50, 80/70, and 80/100). The spray wand (RA‑SWA‑0005) that comes with your AirBoss is shipped with an 80/20 tip already installed, giving you a total of four tips. All tips are 3/8" NPT hardened steel spray tips.
