Application Instructions

- 2. Melt the material in an oil-jacket kettle with agitation.
- 3. Pour slightly overfull, then lute level.
- 4. Allow to cool, then open to traffic.

Use indirect heat only. A double-boiler or hot-oil jacketed kettle with constant agitation keeps aggregate suspended and heats the blend evenly.
Recommended application temperature is about 380 °F, and the maximum heating temperature is 400 °F. Do not exceed the maximum.
Yes. Stay within the same temperature limits. Only melt what you plan to use and purge lines at the end of the shift.
Each box contains one 40 lb unit. A half pallet is 28 boxes. A full pallet is 56 boxes. The bulk option is 224 boxes total.
The repair area must be clean and dry. Remove debris, dust, moisture, and loose stone. Clean with oil-free compressed air and heat as needed.
