Asphalt crack repair can be daunting when you have a lot of cracks to fill — that's where this bundle comes in! The RY30 melter oven can melt 1200 lbs of rubberized crack filler per day, and it will keep the crack filler hot and workable until it's turned off. The included AK Pour Pot allows you to apply the rubberized crack filler onto your cracks. Buy multiple pour pots so your other crew members can fill cracks in quickly.
The RY30 melter oven comes complete with burner, temperature gauge, regulator and molasses hydrant. Built-in slide out handles make carrying and moving this unit easy. A built-in agitation handle lets you manually stir your crack sealer.
The AK Pour Pot has a 2.5 gallon capacity and is made of 14 gauge stainless steel. Its solid design means no drips, no leaks, and no messes.

- Awesome product and companyFrom my experience with the ry30 pro, it’s built very solid, I have crack filled airports and many commercial lots with it, and its amazing. Melts 8 blocks in less than 20min. I had it feeding 1 push kettle and it could easily provide for 2 if it’s constantly fed rubber. Also, the company is super good with a warranty. If something needs to be changed they send it to you no questions asked and they do it quickly. They know that we are contractors and depend on the equipment to operate! Our crack filler has a shelf life of 10 years unopened. It's why so many of our customers choose to take advantage of our half-pallet and pallet offerings: the savings are so high that it is worth storing them until you need them. It can be stored outside; just cover it with weather-resistant pallet wrap and keep it out of the sun.
Yes, the plastic film is designed to melt with the material. Just remove any excess plastic film before melting. Make sure to keep the material agitated while heating to ensure even melting. This helps prevent clumping and reduces the chance of clogging.
Yes, it is okay to reheat leftover material, as long as it is agitated to promote even heating. We recommend not reheating more than twice, since repeated reheating can cause the filler to lose elasticity, become brittle, or fail prematurely.

We also suggest to heat the Flow Valve using a torch to help soften or melt the left over material stuck in there.
As soon as the crackfiller comes down to ambient temperature - sometimes as soon as 30-45 minutes when it is hot, and more quickly in cooler temperatures. Test with a stick: if you push down on the crackfiller and the crackfill doesn't tack to the stick, you're good to drive on it.
It's good to clean it out completely after 5 uses; otherwise there is a possibility of charring rubber in areas where there may be multiple layers of rubber built up.
To clean it, heat it up and scrape it out with a scraper on a broom handle. Then start fresh with a brand new box of crackfill.
