The Bottom Line
High-end Commercial Asphalt Crack Filler
Asphalt Kingdom's Hot Rubberized Crack filler is used to seal cracks or joints in asphalt or concrete surfaces, which are up to 1" in width and up to 1/2" in depth. 1-2 hr drying time.
Asphalt Kingdom's Crack filler must first be melted by heating in a kettle melter or hot crack filler applicator melter so that the solid rubber block can be liquified before use.
It's critical that you only apply this filler into cracks that have been thoroughly cleaned - no weeds, no debris. Pour it directly into the crack from a pour pot or a kettle melter. It should yield approximately a rate of 300 to 400 linear feet per 50 pound box of crack filler.

"I recently bought a 10 gallon melter applicator, and it is by far the best hot pour crack filling system on the market. I am now making $1.00 per linear foot when the cost is less the $0.08 per foot. This makes for outrageous earnings when you consider the amount of cracks you are filling per day!
If you are looking to increase your earnings quickly and very effectively than I suggest you take this tip and purchase one ASAP as I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Once you offer this crack filling service to your clients, do about 1 or 2 cracks for free and then ask the client if they would like you to do the rest of the cracks for a $1.00 per linear foot. They will not hesitate after viewing how efficiently this machine works and demand you to fill the rest of their cracks. An extra $50-$100 will be gladly spent by your customer."

Questions & Answers
Can the Crack Filler be used in all kettles?
Our crack filler can be used in oil jacketed kettles but it is designed for direct fired kettles. Even though the leading home improvement store shows an RY10-type melter, their crack filler should only be applied in this unit, not melted.
Our crack filler contains a higher polymer content than ASTM specifications call for and more than the QPR brand. As a result AK crack filler is firm, yet flexible. AK crackfiller performs well in all climates and can be applied at a lower melting temperature, (370°F). It is truly a multi-climate material unlike QPR which may be too soft for parking lots and driveways.
At what temperature does the hot pour crack sealer liquefy?
The crack fill liquefies at a temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do I have to cut it before I melt it?
No, simply remove the sealer from the box, put in your melter, and heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The plastic wrapping is designed to melt down with the crackfiller.
What color does it come in?
All of our hot pour crack fill comes in jet black.
What is the difference between the hot pour and cold pour crack fill?
Both products are similar, but the hot pour crack fill will last much longer against the elements.
How large can a crack be?
For cracks more than 1/2" deep, we recommend filling the crack with sand first to save money and material.
If the crack is wider than two inches, you may want to look at using a cold asphalt patch product instead.
Is the crack filler flammable?
It is non-flammable at temperatures below 400°F.
How long can I store crack filler?
Our crack filler has a shelf life of 5 years.
How long will the cracks stay filled?
Crack filler will last 3-4 years. For best results, always follow crack filling with a fresh round of asphalt sealer, in order to seal in the filler and create a smooth, even look on your driveway.
