These sealcoating deck trailers are perfect for contractors who want to keep their sealcoating unit separate from their vehicle or have a large sealcoat sprayer that won't fit on their truckbed. Choose from 2 different deck sizes, 12’ long (no ramp) and 16’ long (with ramp), and choose between a military-style pintle or a ball hitch. Spray system sold separately.
With standard dual 6,000-pound torsion axles on the 12’ and 16’ deck trailers, you can hold a sealcoat sprayer up to a 750 gallon capacity. A tread plate floor sits atop the heavy-duty 2” x 4” steel tubing frame with fenders and an 8” steel railing. LED lights and heavy duty wiring is included, as well as electric brakes on both axles.

Starting a sealcoating business? We have several sealcoating units—some are small enough to fit in the bed of a pickup truck, while others would be more suitable for use on a sealcoating trailer such as this one. If you want to spray with sand, an Air Operated System is the way to go.
Depending on the size of your tank, you may be able to fit a brush box and other equipment onto the trailer, making it easier to transport your sealcoating tools and equipment to all of your jobs. The larger 16' deck has a ramp, making it easier to step onto your trailer and/or roll out wheeled equipment such as crackfill applicators and blowers.
