How to Use the 4 Ton Reclaimer
You’ll Need:
- 1 x 100 lb vapor propane tank
- Asphalt rake and compactor
- Basic PPE (gloves, goggles, heat protection)
Steps:
- 1. Load fresh virgin asphalt mix into the hopper
- 2. Set temperature (target 300°F) on the PLC
- 3. Open chute and unload onto patch area
- 4. Compact as needed and move to the next location
