Application Instructions
- 1. Prep paint: Use quality, true water-based field/traffic paint. Most products require thinning, typically at a minimum 1:1 ratio. Always strain paint before use. To estimate paint needs, try our paint calculator.
- 2. Prime with water: Seat the suction filter in a half-filled water pail, prime 15–30 seconds, check for leaks, then switch to paint.
- 3. Set width: Adjust nozzle height to stripe 2–6 inch lines. Align the nozzle slot correctly to travel.
- 4. Spray and go: Momentary or continuous switch positions control flow. Maintain even pace for uniform coverage.
- 5. Flush fast: After the job, flush with warm soapy water until clear. Do not use solvents.
Note: Do not use solvent-based paints or hardware-store latex paints. These can damage the pump and are not covered under warranty.

Storage & Handling
- Rinse nozzle parts and screens, then reassemble once clean. Leave a small amount of cleaning solution or Pump Defender in the pump for storage. Do not run the pump dry.
- Store the machine dry and clean. For freezing conditions, flush with soapy water, then protect with Pump Defender before storage.
- Battery care: Use a high-performance 18 Ah SLA motorcycle battery, correct terminal orientation, and the included 120 V charger.
