Application Instructions
- 1. Charge and seat the 72V battery; verify the power indicator.
- 2. Place siphon/return hoses in coating; engage PRIME and use the Sureflo pusher to prime.
- 3. Switch to SPRAY, set pressure just high enough for clean atomization, and lock the front caster for straight runs.
- 4. For a clog, flip the reversible tip to clear briefly, then resume spraying.
- 5. End of day: follow the pressure-relief procedure, flush with compatible solvent or water per your coating, and store dry.

Storage & Handling
Operate in typical ambient temps from 50°F to 104°F. The eGX system is IP55 water-resistant for work in light rain and wash-downs, but don’t pressure-wash the unit. For short downtime, keep hoses in material and cover the pail; for longer or freezing storage, flush and leave compatible solvent (mineral spirits) in the fluid path. Never store the unit under pressure.
