Crack Filling
How you'll fill cracks with this package: The RY10 Pro crackfill melter applicator and pallet of rubber hot melt sealant provide you with enough material to seal 15,000 linear feet of cracks. Simply put a block of crack sealant in the kettle, light it with the push-button starter, and clean out parking lot cracks while it heats up. In just 15 minutes you will be pushing the melter and filling cracks at walking speed. You can charge $1 per linear foot of cracks.
How you'll sell crack filling: Repairing cracks is vital to the life of your customers' asphalt. Water, seeds, and other elements can penetrate the cracks and worsen the damage. Filling in the cracks will protect the foundation and integrity of the asphalt surface. We'll send you our crack repair flyer when you buy – just customize it with your pricing, logo and contact information.
Asphalt Sealcoating
How you'll sealcoat with this package: The AK130 Sealcoat Spray System and four drums of sealer give you enough sealer to sealcoat 22,000 square feet of asphalt. Depending on where you live, you can charge around $0.35 a square foot to sealcoat.
A few things save you both time and money: having the right tools for the job and having them on hand when you need them. We're including:
- A filter kit to prevent chunks of sealer from clogging up your spray system.
- A transfer kit so you can easily transfer sealer from the drums into your spray system.
- A drum mixer to agitate sealer thoroughly before you start work for the day.
- And an asphalt blower so you're not wasting time sweeping parking lots and driveways when a machine could do it in a quarter of the time.
How you'll sell sealcoating: Sealcoating doesn't just look great; it protects the asphalt from the elements and extends the life of the pavement. - Pretty SolidWell made machine. Everything feels nice and solid construction. Delivery was hassle free. Filled about four thousand feet of cracks in 4 days. Cracks varied from 1/4 to 1-1/4 inch. The super stretch crack filler remained pretty solid on a 98 degree day. I would recommend the machine and the super stretch crack filler.

We previously had a different melter/applicator, but the flame would blow out frequently and it was very difficult to clean. When we had some extra money in the budget, I decided to upgrade. This has been one of the best purchases I've made with city funds. The flame stays lit extremely well—so well that I often have to turn off the propane for a bit just to let the tar cool down. - Really Nice MachineThe thermometer has a nice easy, clear display for you to see so you can monitor the temperature of the material as you're going. We got the optional torch which is nice so you can take off old crackfill or burn off any grass that's coming through cracks.
One of my favorite features of this machine is the ignitor - once the propane is on, just press and hold the ignitor button and that's it - simple, easy to use, and one less thing to worry about when you are on the job site. - Excellent MachineThis machine is an absolute work horse. I even called and asked where I could post this review; I rarely do that, but, needed to comment. Get the Pro machine, much better machine. I like the built in burner system in the Pro over the torch. The machine is built like a brick; quality stuff. Each part each came marked of where they go; I usually just get a bag of nuts bolts and screws; each of the parts were in separate bags and Read moremarked where they go. I've also never seen that before. It came with a broken knob on the igniter, when I called, they overnighted a new one. I bought this machine because I have a 600' driveway. Allen - Best filler on the marketIv had the ry10pro for a year now and it's been a great unit. Was going to order the elite yesterday but relized it was not being released till August. That was a real bummer maybe next year. Only problem I have with the crack filler is that I have to heat the spout constantly. And that problem is solved with the elite.

This is an impressive product and as I see it, an impressive company. The safety features alone are impressive. I have no doubt that the machine will preform at a high level. I am in Ohio. I will be using if for the first time after it warms a little more here. The machine was delivered by truck in two days and no lift truck was requested by me. It came in two boxes and all was packaged well and protected. The boxes were placed outside my garage door. This is a winner in my opinion! Take your time, follow the instructions and assembly will go well and you will be proud of that you have achieved.
