The 20" x 12" number kit stencil is a must-have addition to any serious contractor’s collection. It is one of the larger standard number kits, allowing it to be used for such projects as designated storage areas, parking spaces, field markings, sidewalks, construction zones and more. The 12-piece kit comes with the numbers 0 through 9, plus an additional two blank pieces that can be used for spacing or as overspray shields. Upgrade to an 18-piece kit for an extra 0,1,2,3,4, and 5. Each stencil is made in the USA and offers a warranty which guarantees the product to be delivered without any defects that could hinder it from use.
The measurements and specifications of each stencil are cut for accuracy and ensure symmetrical spacing. Each character measures 12" in width and 20" in height when painted, adding boldness and clarity against the pavement. The material itself measures 14" wide by 24" high per piece, allowing several inches of space on each side to allow for overspray.
There are four different material grade options available for the make of this stencil. The thickest material available is the .080 ALU, a rigid 5052 aluminum that lasts forever and is indestructible. This is best for heavy-duty projects and thermoplastic extruding. The next thickest material grade is the ?" LDPE, which is named PRO-Grade due to its longevity and durability. It is recommended by most as the industry standard, and can last several long years while withstanding thousands of reuses. For something thinner, consider the 1/16" LDPE. This is the counterpart to the PRO-Grade, but with half the thickness. It is good for light-duty or custom projects. The thinnest material available is the .030" HIPS, a standard PVC material that offers ultra flexibility for a custom or one-time fit.
