Selecting the correct sealing machine will be a very important factor in developing a profitable and successful asphalt Sealing business.

When selecting asphalt sealcoating equipment, you should always remember that this is your company image, and this sealing equipment should make you look professional to help you convert the lead into a paying customer.

If your only going to do residential, you may not need a large sealcoating tank or a high end expensive spray system. On the other hand if your going to be working on commercial seal coat applications you will need to consider a larger sealcoating system that will meet your needs.

It's important to also remember that coal tar emulsion sealer weighs approximately 9 to 10 LBS per gallon. So multiply the total gallons of a full tank your interested in and multiply that by ten and then add the weight of the spray system so that you can get an idea of total weight.

Make sure that your truck or trailer can handle the weight of the system your interested in.

We also offer a standard accessory with all our sealcoating machines called the "smart transfer kit" or the "self loading kit". It will give you the ability to draw sealer from another sealcoating tank or from 55 gallon drums of sealer into your main spray system tank. This allows you to carry around more sealer when your tank is full, in the case that you had a job lined up that had more square feet of coverage than what your main tank held.
